Weight, food, activity and blood sugar on one screen — so you can see what moved what, instead of finding out at your next physical.

I never measured my blood sugar at home — and my A1C still came down. I brought it from 7.2 to 5.3 by tracking one number every morning, my weight, and letting bloodwork every few months tell me whether the direction was real (the full story is in the A1C article). I do not pretend otherwise. But plenty of people are asked to test by their doctor, and every tracker I looked at buried glucose three menus deep as if it were a specialty item. So this one puts blood sugar on the same screen as weight, food and activity, for those who test — and works just as well for those who, like me, only step on the scale.
Five things, one glance: weight, water, activity, food, blood sugar. Log what you have. Blank stays blank — there is no nagging.
A morning weigh-in is noise. A month of them is signal. The chart shows the direction, which is the only thing worth acting on.
Type a name and pick a match, enter quick macros, or just describe it. The day’s calories, protein, carbs and fat add up underneath.
Lifting, walking, cycling, a class — minutes and intensity in a few taps, with the month’s total where you can see it.
Morning, lunch, dinner and evening slots, with reference bands that follow published ADA guidance. Your personal targets stay between you and your physician.
Logging and trends across all four cost nothing. The paid tiers add coaching on top.
Weight, activity, food and blood sugar logging, with full trends and history across all four. No card.
A weekly coaching summary, a monthly trend report, tips surfaced from my own guides when they are relevant, and a gentle nudge when it has been a while since you logged. Pattern observations, never prescriptive numbers.
Everything in Insights, plus a monthly check-in with me — real, not automated. Seats are capped.
