Prime Chapter provides lifestyle, travel, fitness, and general-wellness content, digital guides, and the Prime Chapter Health app for a 50+ audience.
Our content, guides, tools, and app are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical, health, financial, or legal advice. Before starting any exercise, nutrition, or financial program, or acting on any health data, consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.
Our digital guides are provided free of charge and delivered electronically. We may ask for your email to send them to you and to share occasional updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Prime Chapter Health offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (currently AI Coaching at $9/month and Coach Access at $39/month). Paid subscriptions bill in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing, and your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Prices may change on notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
When you download a guide, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license for your own personal use. All content, guides, logos, and materials are owned by Prime Chapter or its licensors. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce them without written permission.
Don't misuse the Services, attempt to breach security, scrape content, or use them unlawfully.
By subscribing you agree to receive emails from us; you can unsubscribe anytime.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Chapter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the Services and these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
