Privacy Policy

Prime Chapter ("Prime Chapter," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on primechapter.co and app.primechapter.co (the "Sites"), how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your email when you subscribe to our newsletter; your name and email when you contact us; anything you enter into our tools (such as the Trainer); and details you provide when you request a guide.
• Health app data: if you use Prime Chapter Health, we collect the health and wellness information you choose to log — such as weight, activity, food, and blood-sugar readings — to provide the service to you. This information is stored with our backend service provider and is treated as sensitive; we do not sell it, and we use it only to operate and improve the Health service and, for paid tiers, to generate your insights and coaching.
• Payment information: paid Health subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details; the processor handles them under its own privacy terms.
• Information collected automatically: basic, privacy-respecting usage data (such as pages visited and general device/browser type) through our analytics provider, where enabled. We do not currently use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To deliver the guides, tools, and Health features you request; to send our newsletter and updates (you can unsubscribe anytime); to respond to your messages; to operate, secure, and improve the Sites; and to comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processors, our email platform, hosting, our Health app's backend provider, and analytics — and where required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and you can request that we delete the data in your Health account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and EU/UK residents (GDPR) have specific rights. To exercise any right, contact us at hello@primechapter.co.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Health data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Sites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
